• Payment made by mistake

• Duplicate payment

• Technical issue from our side preventing access

Refunds Not Applicable If:

• Course videos/classes already accessed

• User completed course or downloaded materials

• User changed mind

• User’s device, browser, or internet caused issues

Refund Processing Time
